Call Status and SoftConsole

I know that Call Status is the spawn of satan, but I have a user that I cannot wean from it. (Since she is the COO it's just not an option to deny her access to it either). Has anyone out there run the combination of Call Status and SoftConsole on Windows 8.1? Everything works fine except for the ability to select a call in Call Status and steal the call, something I gather that she does regularly...
 
You can do that with a button/code anyway, no need to rely on an unsupported diagnostics tool to do it :-)

 
Which is what I told her. My suggestion was met with a look that could kill.
 
Just stare right back.... her not liking the answer doesn't change the facts unfortunately :-)

 
Oh how I wish I was a VAR and not the company employee... LOL
