Hi,
I have in-house paging system (Fusion) and created a vector to access it from outside. The problem is: I get to the point where Fusion prompts me to enter pager number, but it seems like it does not see it. After a while it prompts me again to enter pager number. Sometimes call gets dropped after I enter access code. Is anything wrong in the vector?
I have exactly the same vector working fine for a long time for access to Audix. Here is the vector (5421 is non DID for paging system)
CALL VECTOR

Number: 65 Name: Paging access
Multimedia? n Attendant Vectoring? n Meet-me Conf? n Lock? y
Basic? n EAS? n G3V4 Enhanced? n ANI/II-Digits? n ASAI Routing? n
Prompting? y LAI? n G3V4 Adv Route? n CINFO? n BSR? n Holidays? y
Variables? n
01 wait-time 3 secs hearing music
02 collect 3 digits after announcement 3735
03 goto step 6 if digits = 399
04 goto step 2 if nomatch
05 stop
06 route-to number 5421 with cov n if unconditionally
07 stop

It could be that telephone interface module of Fusion is not compatible or needs some tune-up. I will contact their tech support on Monday.

Any ideas why is it happening? Anything wrong with the vector?
Thank you

More info: when I use one of the phones within PBX and dial DID to access the paging system - everything works like it should. The problem happens when an outside phone is used.
Thank you
