Call Routing In Hunt Group

Hi guys,
The problem I'm facing currently is that ICR to a Sequential Hunt Group routes to 2 users at the same time.
So one call rings at two phones until one user answers. My issue is that this makes the other user unable to answer other queued calls; prolonging queuing time for callers. Currently using an ISDN trunk line. Still trying to figure this out...

how is that possible if it is sequential?

Either twinning or it's not sequential I guess =)
