Hi all,

We would like to put a redirection in place so that between the hours of 0500-0900 calls to DN555 are redirected to DN83555(bahrain office VOIP).

Also between the hours of 1730-0000 DN555 redirects to DN82555(NY office VOIP).

Then on Sundays 0700-1600 DN555 redirects to DN83555(Bahrain office VOIP).

Is it possible to code this number of CRT's for a single DN?
Is redirection the wrong way to go for this? is there a better solution?

Any help or advise is greatly appreciated, confused beginner.

Thanks!!

We use AVAYA OCTEL - MODULAR MESSAGING V1.1, i had a quick look to find out what Callpilot was so hope this is what you were after.

Sorry if it is not, i have never used the system before and the person usually responsible has been taken ill for the last 8 weeks. found this forum and thought it seemed to best place for help, having read other posts.

I do apologise, some of the terminology goes over my head, so may need more laymans terms.

I have been to LD 21 and did a PRT and can see the various CRT options, then went to LD 15 and attempted to change the option, although i am not doing something right. Strangley one department is responsible for the telephone system and another for the voicemail side of things.

The voicemail guys do not wish to use the voicemail system in order to make this work. it is to all be coded into the telephone system.

From your posts, I would recommand getting your Vendor in to do this for you.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
