i have to install an IPO Server Edition 9.1.6 on primary server , what do i need to activate call recording ?

If you go with the in-built Contact Recorder application, then you need to either an additional hard disk (installed before you ignite the SE) or run it on a separate application server.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

i dont want to implement an application physical server , i need to sell one primary server and implement the call recording , so i need second hard disk on the primary server ?

its a DELL R220 Server , so is there a licence to be added to activate call recording ? and i have an extra hard disk for ?

You'll need a license for recording and VM channels for how many you wanna record at the same time.

Guess these are the codes for the R220 then
