Call record lenght

Does anybody know how to change the call record lenght to more then an hour? currently is set to 60min after that it stops. Is there a registry setting that can be changed?

i believe it can't be done
the max is 3600 sec (1 hour)

Why would you have a conversation for more than an hour at one time and want to record it....pretty bad customer service desk if they doo.....how sad......ooops sorry it might be the wife ringing you I suppose...

On the Voicemail server you can go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Alchemy\Voicemail\Directories\MaxRecordTime. It is set at the maximum of 3600.
I have never changed this setting, so i dont know if it will work, or completely bugger your installation. Change at your own risk.[smile]
