are you trying to resest a single mail box? if that's the case you do it from the main screen under user search or password reset. if your default password is 1-6 then that is all that is needed, if not you need to scroll down the page to mail box/passwork/change and enter 123456... if your trying to change the mail server login, use config wizard and just enter the new password
