Could someone explain or give examples to the correct way to covert .wav files to .vbk file format through the Call Pilot Player. I have sucessfully (so I thought) coverted the file, but the call pilot tells me that I still cannot upload the file. Reading the user information they explain Bit Rate 8 Khz/ Audio Sample 16 Bit/ Channels 1/ Audio Format? How do I adjust these settings?
