Call Pilot Unified/Desktop messaging

I am having trouble conf. the unified messaging for CP 3.0. Are there any extra licenses I need to have to get this thing to work? Or can someone give me a basic walkthrough.
We do have the license for 20 desktop users. I am mainly having problems with the VPIM/SMTP settings.

didn't have a problem with the install disk on that, i just got with network people for those settings and it worked. what is your mail os?

the mail os is Microsoft exchange and the clients are MS Outlook 2003.

I am mostly having problems with the VPIM. Seems to be a tricky thing.


 
There is a problem with CallPilot 3.0 and the VPIM shortcuts not saving. The problem is that a patch was not installed correctly by Nortel when they loaded the software. You will have to re-install PEP CP300S00G10C and register it in DMI viewer. You will probably want your distributor to do this. You can have them refer to Solution ID NORT203256 on the Nortel Solution Publisher website.
