Call Pilot System Greetings

Hi !
I need help , with system greetings promt , when you enable this feature the system greetings go first to personal greetings in the voicemail. ok How disable this feature ? I can't disable.

Are you talking abouth the prompt
"Call Pilot from nortel networks..., mailbox?"

Can you get to this area in the web client:
Messaging,System Prompts Customization, Prompt Properties.

this is were the system messages are. You can customize this to something other than "Call Pilot from nortel networks..., mailbox"

But I mean , Call pilot have a promt called "system Greetings" this make a general system greetings its precede each personal greetings in each voicemail . I want delete this feature but I can't.
Any Ideas ?
