Does anyone know of a software upgrade for the Call Pilot 150 or the reporting for Call Center or Both. I am currently running CP Version 31.10.14.22 and RCC Version 2.2.116. A Nortel part number would be appreciated. I have a hard time believing anyone has this running flawlessly. I had it running for a year on a 2003 server no trouble. For the past six months either realtime stops, reporting stops or both. Reboots stopped bringing it back up. Have had to reinstall about a dozen times. Finally have it on a XP machine with the correct Java, no firewall, no updates and no virus protection. Still Locks up. There has to a fix out there somewhere. HELP!
