Call Pilot plays the wrong recording

Call Pilot plays the non-business recording at 6pm. I'm using the default time settings in Greeting Table 1. The non-business (recording 4) is default of 6pm....BUT, I thought the non-business hours recording "ONLY" played when the "Business Open" was set to "N". With the "Business Open" set to "Y" , why doesn't recording 3 play? It is also default to 6pm ?

Just change the non-buisness to play greeting table 1.
