I know, I know.... Its gonna be a problem, but the customer wants it.
The Customer has been told / heard, that a person calling into the company hits the AA and dials an Extension numer of a phone.... The Call isnt answered, It goes to the voice mail. And there is the possiablility of that person being able to use the overhead paging to page.
Is there an option for that caller to use the paging of the system to PAGE over the overhead paging for someone?
I see this as a MAJOR potential for problems, But you know the customer ALWAYS knows better.
