call pilot on bcm 400

Hey Guys
I have been doing some config changes on a bcm 400 today via a telset, Is it possible to programme the call pilot via telset? I have done loads of seperate call pilots/startalks in the past but cant login via telset on this one???

In order to do this the BCM 400 has to be at least 4.0.

thanks for your replies, The system has been upgraded to V.4, I get the feature983 bit, what is setnna?? extension of handset? and then is it the password that i use to login on telset or pc?? different terminology i think...
