Hi,
I have a call pilot 100- R1.5 connected to MICS 6.1. The call pilot stops responding when not in use for a couple of days (like a weekend). It will not answer calls, or respond to any feat9**. It will respond only after a reboot.

Tech support says the network connection being plugged in all the time will cause this. I have the problem if it is on the net or not.

Has anyone seen / heard of this (not responding after a couple of days inactivity)…Particularly with hacked call pilots?

Onr thing I can tell you is that your 2nd port is not coming up. Check for connectivity on the second pair of port A. This should not prevent the CP from coming up though. The error at the end refers to access which is the name of the Nortel VM software- same as NVM and flash, etc.. Sorry that's not much help, but something..

My original problem got to the point that the CP100 would stop responding daily. I was told by my supplier that version 1.5.32.01 was bad, and I replaced it with a version 2 unit. No problems now.
