Call Pilot not functioning

My call pilot is not picking up when the CDN is dialed (6247). On the programming it has a NCFW programmed (6622), instead of hitting the Call pilot menu it just dials the 6622 extention, I have already looked at the ACDN and that looks good. I am out of ideas.

not enough information.. if you want 1234 to go to a menu, then new acd maxp 2 acdn 1234 ncfw xxxx to mail.. then 1234 would need to be in the vsdn table of the cp..

ncfw to 6222 will call that station..

what are your trying to have happen?

thanks for the response, I found a loose connection from the CPU of the switch to the CPU of the Call Pilot everything is up and working.
