MICS with a Call Pilot 150
I have AA Table #1 set-up to answer the first six lines.
Morning and evening greeting is Greeting #1 which they want to pick up after 4 rings to give the staff a chance to pick up the call.
Lunch greeting is Greeting number 2 for when they are at lunch and Non-Business is number 3 for after hours.
I have all the times set for the tables and greetings and set to automatically go onto service.
The issue is that when it goes to lunch and non-business greetings is doesn't pick up immediately. It still rings four times prior to the call being answered. Is there a way I can fix this?
