Call Pilot in a Meridian 1

Hello everybody!

My first time to install a call pilot mini rls 1.6 behind a meridian opt. 11.

My question is, how do i do/implement F980 (express messaging) and F986 (vmail transfer) since there are is no "feature" key on a meridian phone (i.e. 3903 and 3904s)

I would greatly appreciate any help.

f980, is best left to the norstar, they don't translate to a pbx.. in the switch add maxp 1 acd's for two unused dn's

the in the cp, under service dn add 1234 as express mail.. the acd send 1234 to mail, mail sees the service dn is express mail and answers with the correct prompt.. you need one added for prompt maint also.. any feature in the mail requires the switch to send that number to mail (maxp 1 acd) and either a mailbox of voice service dn in the pilot.. pbx is very flexable, but that means you define everything... almost zero defaults...
