I am geeting the following error which i believe is causing thru dial problems. Does anyone have an idea what this is.

10 Monday, March 07, 2005 11:45:26 AM 40592 Critical

Fault Management Service [CTMS Server] Event from [] ,

Event: ID=25,

Description: Dialogic Event Management system initialisation failed. This means that one of the necessary stages of the startup of the CT Server has failed. The CT Server will not start. You should try again to start the CT Server. If that fails. contact Dialogic Tech Support. .

Then I get the following errors which i believe is related: to the CT Server issue...

Minor AppBuilder BRM [1,] System error occurred when transferring call. SLEE error 0. AppID = Auto Attendant$Dial_2XXX.

It's 2.0.17 and it's running SU03 which i believe is the latest update!

Please be sure you have CP202S03G25S and CP202S03G31S. these should address you problems.

You need to check to make sure the SCN's in the PBX match those that are programmed in Call Pilot.

You might have one or two mismatches in the tables, which is not uncommon.

Check there and let us know.

Hope this helps.

You were right john, the tech had actully used the copy command to input the agents so they were all identical, no wonder. It's a good thing i noticed before we cutover:(

thanks

I am receiving the same error. I got reports of calls receiving error ' Call cannot be transferred' message. I checked in CP event viewer, and a lot of 'Telephony GAM failed to transfer the call' and 'Event from AOJ: Invalid context in the security object'

Before I call the vendor, where do I check the SCNs in pbx and in callpilot? thanks

Tell the tech to check the agent programming in the PBX to ensure there is no duplication. As well have him check the agents in the CallPilot to ensure that they match. This will fix your problem.

Yeah but a few of my customers who installed it had crashes this week.... I might wait just a bit. If it ain't broke don't fix it!

THE PEPs are listed from above postings
CP202S03G25S and CP202S03G31S

have there been any reports of it causing other issues? thanks
