Call Pilot Clid Info In the Envelope

i have a call pilot 150 that i upgraded from a nam. the nam had the capability to play the caller id info in the message envelope. the call pilot will just give the date and time. is there a setting i am missing on the call pilot to get the clid info? the cp software release in 01.

Did you set Lines to answer after 2 rings?

this is on a pri and the clid comes in on the 1st ring. so the cp answering is set to 1.

0 rings is fine in that case.

try this #6:

1 Login to your voice mailbox.
2 Press ADMIN or 8.
3 Press GREET or 2.
4 Press CFWD or 3.
5 Press YES or 1 to have your calls go to CallPilot without
ringing at your phone or press NO or 2 to have calls ring at your set.
5 Press CHNG or 1 to turn Call Display on or off.
6 Press RLS to end the session
