Hello. getting used to my new Mics 7.1 & Call pilot..From my 824 DR5 & My old copper nam. Have a question. Ive always wanted the record call feature but on the NAM i was told i would have to Change the class of service which was a pain in the rear.. how do i do it on the Call pilot? is it easy? or do i need to purchase a Key code from a vendor. Under configuration page on IP it just says 10 mailboxes?

Go the Mailbox Admintration page to see the Class Of Service.
Odd numbers are english. 1,3,5 etc where even is the alternate language.

You also need to go to the Mailbox in same area (Change)to tell it what COS to use.

Yes Mr Wayne the CP is on my LAN.. and let me tell you how nice it is to use the web page to make changes!

Ok curly i get your directions on changing class of service.. but which one is call record? ive tried looking for it.. maybe not hard enough i how its not to obvious lol but i have no idea.

You will see call record is not allowed on any cos. You must select a cos and change call record to yes. I usually use the last one(I think it's 16)then change the mbx you want to have call record to that cos. F989 to record.
