Call Pilot Attendant Issue

I have a PRI with target line 157 being answered by the AA of a CP 150. Recently if people try to dial our extensions when the AA starts the greeting, it refuses telling them it's an invalid extension, however if they use the directory and spell out our names it works just fine, any ideas?

NO extensions have changed, all VM boxes mirror extensions in the system.

Also, while on the subject, is there a way in the CP 150 to have a greeting announcing our company names, and then each persons individual name being read off followed by their extension, such that I don't have to rerecord a 10 minute greeting everytime personel changes? LIke if 225 and 226 have recorded their voicemail "name" it would state that name, followed by their extension?
