Call Pilot Aplications

I have to update/move the current applications of CallPilot 3.0 mede with Aplication Builder to CallPilot 5.0. Do you know the best and faster way to do it?

try archiving it on 3.0 and restore it on the 5.0 -

I've already do it but the restore process was not succesful

I haven't had any success on backing up the applications in Call Pilot. I can archive, but... I've always had to rebuild them, which in this case, keeps me up to speed on "building applications". I go to sleep at night, and everything seems to go away. It's called old age.
