Call Pilot and Nite service 1

I have a Opt-61c and I have the trunks to go to ext 321 at nite. 321 is a acd dn going to voice mail. When you call in
at nite you do not go to the message assiciated with 321(SDN).
You get a message saying that ext 200 (Attendent DN) does not have voice mail. Any suggestions?

you'll need to do 1 of 2 things, either put 200 in the voice service dn table, pointing to the same service id as 321, or in load 49 program a idc table, by using the nite/day option, 300 will be translated to 321 when the att is in nites,

that turns 300 to 321, go to your did trunks route, at the idc prompt enter yes, the next prompt is the day table, you don't need day translating so enter 0, the next prompt is where you enter 1.. when the switch is in nights, a * will print beside the nite prompt. and your menu service or voice mail will work...
