Call Pilot Access to External Route

Good Day,

I have a situation where I have a VOIP gateway connected to my Option 11C used for International calls. I wanted to be able to offer my users access to this service from remote locations. I do not have the DISA package so I thought about it and what I did is assign a DID number for the service and then I use IDC to convert those incoming digits to the access code of the route. This works perfectly. The only problem is that I am sure sooner or later that DID number will be circulated to individuals outside of my company as one you can dial to place free international calls. So what I am trying to do is to route the DID into callpilot and have the call answered by a password prompt and then after authentication have callpilot transfer that call to the VOIP Gateway Route. I have everything working up to the password prompt. I built an application that gives the caller a password prompt, I enter the password and then I get I am sorry but your connection cannot be completed at this time. Its as if callpilot cannot transfer to an access code, I even tried setting up a phantom DN that in turn DCFW to the route access code but I get the same message.

Any Suggestions?

1st 0 check RPL make sure you are allowing ACOD

2nd check CallPilot ports TGAR not same as VOIP Targ and CLS - need UNR to dial ACOD

3rd try it from a regular phone - once you can transfer from a phone you could duplicate setu on CP ports.

Hmmm, that removes a layer of restriction on the lines that all callers hit. If some day in the future someone inavertantly uncorks the CallPilot restriction, you become pretty exposed.

What I did in almost the same scenario as yours was to portion off one channel, make it a new queue and then reduce the restriction, add a password, etc. I guess all it bought me was knowing that every HUNT and FNA that hits the system are not hitting the unrestrricted channel.

that sounds more like a central office recording then a rpl or ncos problem.. trace that call, even in you need to go to 96 and enl msgo x on the d. i would guess that the number is going through but adding or deleting a digit..

I checked on the TGAR and RPL's and everything looks good. The TGAR and TARG do not match and the route access code was added to the RPL. Any other advice?
