Call Pilot 4.0 to 5.0 upgrade

Just trying to figure a time table to upgrade a CP 201i 4.0 to a 202i 5.0 platform. I'll be migrating about 800 users any idea how long I can expect to take?

To make this upgrade faster, be sure to backup your system to a network drive. This will cut your time by at least half compared to a tape backup. I would give yourself a window of 8 hours to complete upgrade, database retore, hardware upgrade, SU installs, secruity patches etc.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
