call pilot 4.0 desktop messaging

when i send a fax using desktop messaging i get an email which sys this

smtp failure call pilot transport could not submit message to server (554)

what might be the problem

Do you have fax ports on the server (keycode)?
Do you have fax mailbox licenses?

Do you have the latest PEPS and Desktop Messaging
