I have a customer with a Call Pilot 150 release 3 software working with a MICS 4.1 software. We have a trouble a couple of times a week. When you call in you get the automatted prompts but the Call Pilot will not let you enter any digits. It is as though the auto attendant prompts stop working. The only way to restore service is to power down the Call Pilot and bring it back online.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
