Call Pilot 150 trouble

Call Pilot 150 with Acd. The problem is at lunch and after hours they do not want customer to have access. The system is set to have a greeting for both luch and after hours with no CCR. They set under feature 982 attendant avialable to no. Calls comming in are stiil able to dial 0 and access CCR.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
try using acd for after hours

Set up a night mode directing incoming calls to a phone that doesn't CFNA to voicemail. Turn off DRT to Prime on the lines. It will ring no answer there, but shouldn't go to the AA.
