Call Pilot 150 Rel. 3.1 Call Reporting Application Software

I have a customer with Call Pilot 150 Rel. 3.1 with operational Basic Call Center. The customer wants to me to install Call Reporting keycode/application for them. I have the keycode but do not have the Call Reporting Application Server or Call Reporting Application Sofware (per the manual "Application Installation CD") for Call Reporting. I thought it would be on the CP 100/150 Rel. 3.1 CD but it's not there. There is a BRU App., a Language App. w/language files and a CP secure Modem App. but no Call Reporting Application Server of Call Reporting Application Software (setup.exe) to install. Any ideas, I want to schedule a service call with their IT guy to complete the installation. Many thanks.
 
Try to Explore the CD using Windows Explorer and not Auto Run the CD.

Done, but still nothing. At least I now know it should be there. I just tried a CP 100/150 Rel. 2.0 and a CP 100/150 Rel. 2.1 CD and they both have all the software files. On the 2.0 CD it shows Client Doc. and Client Software Ver. 1.0. On the 2.1 CD it doesn't show what Ver. of Client Software.

I will try to find another 3.1 CD if I can find another one kicking around.

Can I use one of those older Versions even though the customer is running CP Rel. 3.1 ??????
 
Turns out the 3.1 CD they have on site is also missing the files.

I will ask my dealer, but since the customer's IT guy is on site today I was hoping he could you use one of the 2 older CD's I had a technician drop off today that contain the files needed.
Can you verify whether they would work or not, the customer is eager to have the Reporting working ASAP.

 
My supplier is sending me a 3.1 CD with the files.

Not sure what happened with some of those CD. I will wait for CD but was still curious as to whether the older versions would work. Could be useful to know in a crunch as the manual does not specifically state what Ver. of client software is required.
