Call Pilot 150 loosing memory

We have had several Call Pilot 150s (3.0/3.1 software) that has just lost its memory. Has anyone else experienced this? Some have been plugged into a UPS or some type of battery backup. Some have only been in for as little as 6 months

There were issues with some defective pcmcia cards awhile back. Do you have a database backup for that site?

some we have, some not. Is Nortel replacing them?

I believe they were, but that was awhile ago (2 1/2 years). You wil have to check on that.... If you have a good backup, can get an exact copy of the s/w load, AND can get a new pcmcia card yourself, it isn't that hard to do and would eliminate the card.
