Call Pilot 150 Feature '986' Failure

On outbound calls when you attempt to transfer a call directly into a voice box using feature '986' the voice box greeting does not play but rather "Please Enter The Mailbox Number or Press Number Sign For The Directory." The set displays "call transferred" but the phone locks up displaying the mailbox to transfer the call to with "DIR OUIT" on the display. Feature 986 works fine with incoming calls.

This is A Call Pilot 150 with v 01 software. Is this a bug or do I have a incorrect setting? Thanx

Is there an intercom path available when you try the F986? I'm guessing there is since it works on incoming calls, but just thought I'd throw that out there.

Reboot and wait, if that doesn't work then upgrade.

trunksélinesÉ = Trunks/Lines

I believe F986 does not work in this scenario for outbound calls, you would need to upgrade to latest software.

powering the Call Pilot down and back up resolved the issued and it is working correctly now.

THANX for the suggestion! you saved me a $150 tech support fee the distributor wanted to charge.
