Can anyone help with the codes required to see what is actually loaded on a CP 150 like the number of mail boxes, call center software, number of agents, etc. etc.
I've got a Call Pilot 100 that has a new power supply and the phone system had all of the codes removed via Xftest. When plugged into the system 1 and 2 go green (no flickering or dim) for exactly 22 seconds every time then they go out and no activity after two hours. Jiggling to cord makes all five come on then go off
Sorry. The power cord. Seems like there's a short in the plug.
Seems like repair houses want more than the unit is worth if that's the case. Does anyone know if a good call pilot repair company that doesn't charge an arm and a leg to repair this issue?
