Call Pilot 150 Add Agent

I want to add a new agent using telephone set setup to the ACD on a Callpilot 150. I cant seem to find this in pdf format. It is not covered in the ACD supervisor or agent's guide. When I go into CC ADD agent it will not display the IN button after login.

I am not sure myself, other will know but....

Call Center Setup and Operation Guide is probably what you want.

Your best using a web browser for programming, so much easier and more powerful.

On the CD guide main menu select Applications/CallCenter
Then Setup and Operation Guide and look for Setting up Call Center Agents.

If you don't have a CD then guides are also available to the public at Avaya.com under support.
Look for Callpilot 100/150 then Call Center Setup and Operation Guide

Depending on key codes depends on how many agents you can add.

evey since nortel went belly up, all my links for installer and user guides are gone. ill look on avaya. thanx.

You have to add the agent to the skillset.
