Call Pilot 100 backup and restore

I am going to try to do a backup of a Call Pilot 100 and restore it into another machine with a different serial number. I have added only a key code for 4 additional mail boxes. Is this possible and would I lose the additional mail boxes. I would like to save the AA greetings amd MB greetings.

back ups dont effect key codes. If its the same software version it should work.

Sorry it took so long to get back on line. Went on vacation for a week.

I did do a backup and restored it in the new machine and it took everything. It did not give me the 4 mail boxes but my bundled package came with 16 mail boxes and when I loaded these in, the greetings for the additional 4 mail boxes were there. I think that I could get the serial number from the old CP and regenerate the additional 4 mail boxes. I did go from a CP 2.0 to a CP 3.0. Maybe that was the difference.
