Call Pilot 100 - Available Voices

What voices are available for the system prompts? I know with Avaya products you have the option of choosing between UK or US English, Italian, French, Spanish and German. I much prefer the UK voice prompts.

Looking to go with a Call Pilot 100 and CICS setup...hard to find much information on the web about specific features such as this.

Thanks! Is this already built into the product I take it? (no need for upgrade packs or codes)?

Yes- it is included. You choose at start-up, or change it with the included language configuration utility. It is also capable of being bilingual.
