Call Pilot 1.7 Desktop installation with Microsoft Outlook

Hello - does anyone have any instructions for installing the Desktop messaging with Micosoft. Had a user who changed from Lotus notes to Micosoft Outlook and now can't get Desktop working. Any cheat sheets would be great!!

You have to uninstall the existing client and install the latest version that is compatible with your cp version and OS version on the computer. It's a simple install, just choose what type, lotus or outlook, type in the voicemail dn and password, and finally the cp's ip or url and you're there.
