Here is the scenario:
A call comes to extension 4723 and no one is at 4723 so extension 4733 uses a call pick up button to answer. The caller wants extension 4717. The user on extension 4733 transfers the picked up call and transfers to 4717.No answer on extension 4717 and has a coverage path to voice mail. Instead of it going to 4717's voice mail it goes to 4723's voice mail. How can I get the call to go to the correct voice mail.
