I have a couple of sites on CM 5.2.1 and when a SIP calls comes in and a user tries to answer using call pickup, 60% of the time the call is dropped.
I know this is fixed in CM 6 with the introduction of "Always Use re-INVITE for Display Updates" in the protocol variations on the trunk group.
Unfortunately upgrading is not an option.
Somebody mentioned there maybe a way round this using a manipulation script on the SBC, has anybody tried this?
Any other ideas?
