Using 46xx IP sets, we have phone A that uses call Pickup to answer several phones in her group. If phone B is ringing phone A pulls the call with a call pickup button. The call is placed on hold at Phone A and she verbally tells the owner of phone B that a call is on hold. The owner of phone B presses the button that has the call and then can hear the caller, but the caller can not hear the owner of phone B. Phone A must access the line and then hang up before Phone B can communicate with the caller.

I am told that phone B used to be able to pull the line but now they can not. I am not sure what has changed to cause this. Any guidance would be appreciated. Phone A or B does not have bridged line buttons.

Thanks,
mrobell
