Ok I am missing something here. I have a pick-up group created with two station ids in the group. I assigned the Call-pck button on both these stations. Now I call the main phone number that will hunt to one of the Agents the stations belong to and pressed the Call-pck button on the non-ringing phone to answer the one that is ringing and it fails, I get a busy signal. I checked the COR and it allows Call-pickup. What am I missing?

This is just a thought - but you are not trying to pick up a station, you are trying to pick up an agent. Try using a directed call pickup with the agent ID and see if that works.

Ya thanks, I tried that and it failed. I want the ability to simply hit the Call-pck button while it is ringing on the other phone. We are dealing with less then schollars here who need it as simple as possible.

I'll take any suggestion. :)

Will it work using the call pickup activate codes?

Try adding the number for the hunt group to the pickup group
If that doesn't work can you use a terminating ext group for what you are doing? If its only a couple stations you can ring them at the same time.

Does the COR of the Agent ID allow for directed call pickup?

If you can get the directed call pickup to work, then you can create a speed-dial button for the directed pickup (since you're only dealing with two stations/agents, and each is responsible to picking up the other's calls).

Is it an ACD call that is ringing? I'm not positive, but I was under the impression that only extension calls could be picked up, not ACD Calls. Those are normally handled using RONA (REdirect on no answer) in the hunt group.

Ok we have this set up with Call pickup on another two phones and it works. When the ACD call comes in, the Call-pck button will flash and the non ringing phone can pickup the call from the wrining phone. The two phones in question used to work but suddenly do not.

Ok this was what I like to call a "PEBKAC" issue. The extension number written on one of the stations was incorrect. Go figure, I called the extension as a last check and it did not wring so I figured out that the extension that was labeled was incorrect. I checked the pickup group and sure enough the correct extension was not listed, added it and tested and voila.

Thanks anyway for the help. :-D
