DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO INTEGRATE CALL PARK TO OUR NEW INFINITY CALL CENTER EQUIPMENT. TRYING TO FIGURE HOW TO DIAL THE ACCESS FEATURE CODE FOR CALL PARK FROM THE INFINITY USING OUTBOUND ANALOG OR DIGITAL PORTS TO ACCESS THE CALL PARK IN OUR NORTEL 81 C SWITCH. THANKS TDOG

if you use analog tn's (500's) for inbound trunks, you can use the spree code + the park code + the dn, the dial string will be the same as any analog phone

I HAVE THE SPREE CODE 2999 THEN PARK CODE IS 71. THEN I'M LOST WITH THE DN.

flash,2999,71,4940 parks the call against 4940, otherwise the system parks it against the numbers programed in load 50, without a display, those are not very helpful. to pick it up 2999 71 4940 from any phone... 4940 can be any number, we park calls against the persons dn, then page, dr x you have a parked call. they know to dial the spree 71 + their exten to get that call

WHEN WE TRY THAT I GET A BUSY ALL THE TIME.WE USE 5 DIGIT PARK ORBITS.

If you go into LD 50 you can print your park DN range....just to be safe. it should display the number of allocated DNs and the beginning DN.

ld 50 sets the dn length and starting number of the range. we use the persons dn form digital station.
