Call Manager Express - Speed Dial Lists?

As this is an unsupported service across our global enterprise. Apparently somebody in the UK with access to the CME was able to install without our prior knowledge. Since taking over administration, it's now my responsibility to remove it. I don't know how to. Is this done at the router level or through CME?

It is done on the router just like any other IOS. What code are you going to? Dependant of the IOS version is the CME version you are running, so you might upgrade or downgrade your CME version also.
This can cause feature incompatibility, phone load changes, etc.
 
Thank you @whykap. I was able to find this to be the case and have altogether denied the request. Engineering is removing the ability since we do not allow or support speed dials across our enterprise. Thanks again for your help.
