Go under TERMINALS and SETS, TELCO FEATURES heading, CLASS assignment. For each line that you want caller info, do a SHOW LINE to make your adjustments and to set up how much space for each set.
After that, from the set you want logging on, do a FEATURE *84 to set up what types of calls you want to log.
Yes, you can save INCOMING calls to scroll through on your set, but not outbound calls. You would need an SMDR and call accounting software for that, or just pump the raw data to a PC or printer.
