Management would like to see reports that include inbound and outbound station calls, numbers dialed and length of calls. There does not seem to be a logging/reporting facility in our installation that does this. Can anyone recommend third-party software simple enough for managers to operate? We have a Definity G3, R013x.01.2.632.1.
