Management would like to see reports that include inbound and outbound station calls, numbers dialed and length of calls. There does not seem to be a logging/reporting facility in our installation that does this. Can anyone recommend third-party software simple enough for managers to operate? We have a Definity G3, R013x.01.2.632.1.

Related question: Can our system send the logging info over the IP network? Thanks. -Glenn.
 
i currently work at a place that uses Taske Contact and VXTracker on CM3. Gotta have an AES server though.
 
Avaya sells the Veramark product (eCAS/VeraSmart). It can connect over IP. Veramark has a great tech support staff.

We also use MicroCall. Its a very user friendly system and when in you do have questions, call their support. A really great bunch of guys to work with. Their system processes around 2.3 million calls a month from our Avaya, so it's very robust.

Just about any call accounting system will provide what you're looking for. Microcall and Veramark's eCas will be the least expensive and the most notable for an Avaya system. Though Taske has excellent cradle to grave reporting for ACD applications, the licensing fees of Taske to monitor all extensions for what you are looking for will be costly.
