Call Log issue

Is there a way to log only calls from Key 0? Got an issue where the log is logging all calls form key 0 to key 5. key 3, 4, 5 are a different extension and they do not want the calls to show up in their call log.

u need to be more specific. what kind of CDR program r u using, OTM, Xtend, other?

did u check the NTP's under CDR?

Or are you talking about the call log on a M39XX phone?

I am talking about the call log on the 3904 itself.

Pretty sure the call log gets the info from the phone display on any incoming call, regardless of what key. The phone will log all calls to that set.
