Got an IPO 9.1(7) with VM Pro. Have a manager who monitors multiple hunt groups and would like to monitor/intrude on any user within those hunt groups.
Although there are multiple hunt groups, create a new Hunt Group and call it "Monitor", turn off Queuing and Voicemail. Add all the hunt group agents who will be monitored/intruded.
In the Manager's User, select Telephony->Supervisor Settings and select "Monitor" from the Monitor Group drop down. Insure the manager has "Can Intrude" checked and all hunt group members have "Cannot be intruded" unchecked.
Because all the users at this site us Softphone (Avaya Communicator), I setup a short code (*403XXX - Monitor and *413XXX - Intrude) with an action of 3N.
