Afternoon. We have (2) locations New York and New Jersey. Help desk number rings in our New York office and that extenison has multiple appearances on several phones. We have a small staff in each office. If the call in New York goes unanswered it is directed to voice mail. Need to call forward if no answer to the techs in the Jersey office. If techs there do not answer have the call revert back to the voice mailbox in New York to allow persons to leave a message. I have tried a couple of things with call forwarding and for some reason cannot get this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Lou

you'll need to have cfxa in the class of both sets. call forward external and the ncos of the inbound trunk will need to to =to or higher then the frl of the rli,, you'll need sfa and the forward to end will need sfa, and fna to the voice mail dn of the answer station in voice mail.. you can't send the number back to the forward station, i would send it back to a maxp 1 acd with ncfw set to the voice mail, put the acd dn on the mb as a secondary dn.. acd groups are more common with the ovdn set to the remote acd group.. this works if the sites are tied together with pri ties..
