Hi All!

How can i activate call forward on No answer in a set, such that if one extension is dialed and nobody answered, the call is forwarded to another extension after 3-4 rings? I'm using Nortel Meridian Option 61C, Rls. 25.4.

You would need to add the extension number under the FDN: prompt for the set you are trying to forward no answer from and also change the CLS to fna.
