Call forwarding to CO on D1232

I have a request from customer who want to "call forward no answer" their main # after 4 rings to an outside number. In the current setup, all phones ring during incoming calls. Any thoughts onhow to proceed with this?

Setup a overflow to a second group and have that second group fwd to external number

Sorry I did not see td1232 don't think it can be done
